Review on EILISON FitMax 3D XL Vibration Plate Exercise Machine - Whole Body Workout Platform With Resistance Loop Bands For Home Training, Recovery, Wellness & Weight Loss by Matt Davis
Performance: my feedback
So far I used my vibration plate on a hardwood floor, rubber mat under the plate on the hard wood floor and carpet. Each surface it worked just fine. There is a very low hum, but it is not distracting. The brown color is more close to a bronze, which I like because the plate doesn't stand out. The color contributes to the soothing vibration. After 45 minutes, (3 separate 15 min intervals) I woke up the next day without stiffness in my injured knee. I would do 30 minutes (separate intervals) and had the same results. I skipped a day and my knee stiffness was back. Not sure if it will work for you, but so far I am having good results. I have not used the hand straps, but they appear to be okay. If anything changes, I will do a follow up review.
