Review on VIVO Motorized Flip Down Electric Ceiling TV 📺 Mount for 23-55 inch Screens, Pitched Roof VESA Mount, MOUNT-E-FD55 by Pam Hansen

After much research my husband and I decided to buy this ceiling mount for our new 55 inch Samsung TV. It should be compatible. Installing a ceiling mount is not for the faint of heart. Heart, so after much deliberation, my husband routed the wiring so the mount would have power and reinforced our ceiling so it could be securely fastened. We both studied the installation guide. She was very difficult to understand There is a 4 petal Vesa plate which we were unable to get to match our supposedly compatible TV. There is no number to call for help, you have to contact them via email. The email system is very slow, every 24 hours they ask you another question. We ended up contacting their tech support staff who told us about our problem with a brilliant solution and got our TV to connect securely and reliably. When I asked them why they don't have a published phone number, we were told that Revane didn't authorize them. Once up, it wasn't hard to get it working (a phone call or two helped here too, now we had a phone number!). The sensor is attached to the TV with tape. Fell off after a few hours. We used our own double sided tape which sticks securely. There is also a very bright red light that never goes out. My husband covered most of it with tape, a satisfactory solution. Whoever designed this thing did a great job designing it. While holding a 55" TV with one screw while the rest was screwed down was awful, nobody got hurt and it worked.
