I was very happy to receive this product for my daughter's long hair. When it arrived it was clearly pre-opened. I didn't want a used item but she was so excited she cried when I told her it was coming back. So we opened it. Unlike our previous wet brush, it ripped through her hair. It is a fake. Have requested a refund.
