I just love this thermometer. The design of this thermometer is very convenient, it is really convenient to squeeze and pull out the product. The plastic handle protects your hand and you don't have to use oven mitts to check if your food is ready. The temperature on the display is correct (I've compared it to other digital and non-digital food thermometers). I've tried when I'm baking a turkey, a loaf of bread, pork and it always reads the correct temperature. I also found that switching from C to F is very useful as I use not only American recipes but also European ones. Will be buying a few more for my sister in law as Christmas gifts.
