I've been a user of Logitech peripherals for a good number of years now. The mice included a Revolution MX, a Performance MX, and two copies of the Anywhere MX. The latter three of these mice are still utilized on occasion. In point of fact, for me, it was the natural progression of events alongside Logitech. I would not argue that something innovative has emerged during the previous ten years; rather, I would say that there has just been a methodical bringing to mind of all the benefits. The only thing that didn't work for me, despite everything I mentioned above, was that it didn't have bluetooth, and as I found out later, it also didn't automatically switch between different scroll wheel operating modes. This is quite satisfying when applied on the MX Master 2S. I also liked the fact that you can change the functions of the buttons: I switched "back and forth" above the thumb (the top one is faster, so I made it "back"), and I hung a change in the sensitivity of the cursor movement on the button under the thumb. Due to the nature of the activity, you have to work a lot with screenshots, and therefore accuracy is important. The wheel that scrolls horizontally is not one that I use. But scrolling vertically is like listening to a tune. In point of fact, I believe that selecting Logitech's top-of-the-line products on occasion is due to the fact that I favor their wheel. Oh, and I should also mention that I appreciated being able to connect through Bluetooth or a dongle. The dongle, to which an MX Craft mouse and keyboard are linked, is plugged into the laptop, which also has a huge monitor, so that I can conduct my regular job at the table on the laptop. In addition, when I go to mobile mode, I connect to the same laptop through Bluetooth, and the transition is seamless. However, the other scroll wheel is confusing to me, and it is unclear whether or not it will work for me at all. Trying out the trackball that is also manufactured by Logitech is also an interesting option. However, that doesn't really matter when talking about this mouse. Frustratingly, Logitech's service for its products seems to be deteriorating: in the past, when the Revolution MX broke down after four years of use, they shipped a Performance MX to replace it without asking any questions. A tale not dissimilar to this one was told about the illuminated keyboard. Now, they say that they did not anticipate this happening. In addition, there are a great deal of general concerns regarding the service provided by the company. But I really hope that I won't have to find out the hard way any time in the near future.
