Review on Emmalise Women'S Casual Long Camisole Top W/ Adjustable Straps - Perfect For Layering! by John Wood

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Extra long cami, straps are adjustable, has stretchy trim & straps

This cami fit me well, it’s very long (too long?) and has adjustable straps. I went up a size so that it would fit loosely (for sleeping) and the XL fit my 36” bust, -30” waist, -40” hips loosely but not too baggy (there’s a bit of a gap between my skin and the cami except under the arms where it clung.).—The edging band under the armpits (& sling the neckline and the straps) are a bit stretchy so if a floppy underarm area bothers you (because it allows a peak in through the side) then this may help- it’s not cut too low either. But- I found the trim irritating after a while because even though it’s made of cotton: there’s so much (poly?) whipstitching covering all the trim that it chaffed a bit- so sleeping in this wasn’t an option for me but others may not be bothered by it (my skin is easily irritated by all non-cotton or poly fabrics). I prefer a smoother cotton edging and straps. The fabric is a bit sheer and not the whitest of whites, so for me- I wouldn’t consider wearing this without another shirt over it.

Pros
  • Great for teachers or office workers as it provides a professional look
Cons
  • The camisole will not survive multiple washes
