most accurate torque wrench

I use this torque when working with guns, mostly scopes. I learned long ago that breakaway torque wrenches are only accurate about 50% of their range and don't repeat click after click. Torque wrenches with a linkage are the most accurate and reproducible. I have worked in both the aerospace and nuclear industries for 35 years and we have primarily used split beam torque wrenches due to repeatability.
