The first microphone sent to us didn't work at all. It came in an unstocked box, was missing one of the chargers or an instruction manual, looked like it had been used. The replacement was a hit until we tried charging it a second time and it wouldn't charge. We would like to order a replacement as Revain said they would give us credit for use but the credit never showed up. I spent an hour and a half chatting with them online trying to resolve this issue in a way that we got a working replacement but apparently it didn't work. So if this works for you; It's cute, my kid loved using it. If it does not work; Expect disappointment at Revain. It is difficult to hold even for small children. I'm not sure we'll try to make a third purchase.
