We recently installed an IEM system for a client and bought it for a test run to get singers used to in-ear headphones. We bought 8 of these and only 2 of them worked properly. The other 6 required you to hold down the built-in button to get sound. We ended up buying the M6 headphones and haven't had any issues since. They can work for general use but are not intended to be true IEMs.
