I believe in BCAAs but this is the worst supplement I have ever tried. I can usually eat/drink anything as long as you tell me it's healthy, but this is really pushing my limits. I usually drink a veggie smoothie with raw eggs every day (I've never gotten salmonellosis in 25 years of drinking). First of all, to get BCAAs, I do NOT add them to smoothies. First I blend the smoothie, then pour 3/4 into a glass and drink as usual. Then, after enjoying the taste of the fresh smoothie, I add the BCAA powder to the rest of the smoothie in the blender, mix it up and try to gulp it down quickly. It's really terrible. I don't usually complain, but this thing tastes like aspirin powder. It's like eating chalk pills. But without pain there is no gain. Again, I believe in the science behind BCAAs, but remember you were warned about the taste. If you're a pushover, you won't like it and you won't keep taking it. Just mix it up with some liquid for a quick drink is my advice. No flavors (sugar, honey, fruit) mask the taste. You have to accept it or not buy it.
