The touch button is very uncomfortable. I couldn't reach it when the blue tooth was in my ear and because it didn't rise at all there was no way of knowing if you were touching the wrong area or if the button wasn't working or why the blue tooth wasn't responding without it pulling it out of your ear to look at it and then putting your finger on the indicator light. I need a real button that I can feel when answering, hanging up or changing the music. I also received complaints from those I spoke to that it sounded like I was in a tunnel or too far from the phone. I ended up having to send it back.
