Pros - Quality seems excellent. The holder is very sturdy and durable. The concept is good. I give 3 stars for quality and design. I used this shelf once. Eggs are still broken open with this device. Cons: If you use both coasters at the same time, only medium or small eggs will fit. When using large eggs, the bottom shelf will prevent the eggs from staying in place on the top shelf. I found the best solution was to use egg bite molds instead. Soft silicone material prevents eggs from bursting. The downside to using egg bite molds is that they require a longer cooking time (about 2-3 minutes) because egg bite isolates the eggs from direct steam. Otherwise I get very satisfactory results.
