The entire team is very professional in their work style, I've worked with many other companies before this one but not to mention they have been fantastic! They are always willing to listen to any of our ideas for improvement or anything else we may need help/support with - which makes it easy when communicating over email as well as during meetings / calls. It's difficult sometimes working remotely due to time differences and knowing you're able to reach out directly if something needs further clarification. For example, my account manager is unavailable a few days per week so that adds extra stress especially while trying to get someones attention who might be offsite somewhere etc. This however doesn't affect how friendly everyone has become throughout communication. We've got about half way through creating an application (mobile) which will provide us more transparency into our business by allowing customers to order from them via phone call or text message rather than having to come up with cash &.
