Review on Shakespeare SRA 50 SiriusXM Satellite Antenna by Kyle Robinson

This antenna works perfectly. I installed it on my Nose Rider in front of the windshield with a low profile, no-pedestal mount and it worked right away. When I'm in bays with a lot of trees, the reception is sometimes interrupted. I have the same problem in my car so I suspect this is typical. Otherwise the reception is better than I expected. If you ever need service, good luck. With my first antenna, the cable from the swivel connector broke after a few months. Things like that happen. Since it comes with a pretty long warranty I wasn't overly concerned. I emailed Shakespeare first via the support email on their website. No Answer. I called customer service and left a voice message. No callback. I then called a few days later and contacted Stephanie who gave me the information I needed to order a warranty replacement. Your phone reception was terrible. It looked like she was on the boat herself. A few days later I called to check the status of the replacement, thinking the auto attendant would call me back when it was my turn. No callback. I finally received my replacement antenna and it works great. Obviously, customer service is a low priority. You don't have to go as far as I do for a request this simple.
