Review on Black Plantronics Voyager Legend UC Bluetooth Headset - Retail Packaging by Tyler Blake

I've been using this headset for 15 months now. The headset connects and connects perfectly. The sound quality is excellent. However, my co-workers tell me to throw away the headset because my voice is cracking and they can't hear every word I say. I've tried to isolate the cause as I just love the convenience of wireless capabilities. I improved my cell phone reception by adding a micro cell to my home network which boosted signal strength by up to 100%. I made sure the headset was fully charged (capacity 7 hours). I've even tried holding the phone very close to the headset but that doesn't improve or fix the issue. I'm now looking at other options but am a bit frustrated as this headset was quite expensive when I bought it. I've kept the firmware up to date, always felt like I had it. I recently discovered that the Outlook plugin is outdated for the latest versions of Outlook. Plantronics may need to improve their quality assurance to restore my confidence. Now I'm back in the market for "best bluetooth headset compatible with iphone".
