They are always ready with their best ideas when it comes time t work together - they understand what we need from them in terms of service level agreements (SLAs) as well as timelines/costs etc., which means that there's no guessing games or hidden surprises along the way; everything up front so you can plan accordingly. As an organization looking forward into digital transformation through implementation efforts like this one, I think being able to have confidence knowing how much project management oversight will be done over our shoulders by someone who understands us was key here. I am using this product since two years now. It's easy to use as it includes all features that are required by our organization. The customer service provided is always good and they respond promptly too any queries or issues we have regarding their products. Nothing so far. This software can be used in almost every industry like Retail stores/businesses etc but what makes us different from others is its integration with Salesforce CRM.
