We've found the perfect harness for our Bengal! In every other harness he crawls through and comes out without problems. When we put this on him, he just lay down and pretended he couldn't move. It was a lot of fun at first and we found that he had to get used to it before we could turn him off. After about 6 separate occasions of wearing a seat belt around the house, he finally got used to it and went about his business as if he had nothing on. Then we took him in and he loves it! He does not try to take it off, he is very comfortable, it does not hurt at all and does not bother. We use a retractable leash because we want him to have more freedom of movement, but a harness is the best option!
