It's surprisingly hard to find low heeled sandals for everyday walking, but they're really comfortable. The toe strap doesn't chafe on my feet and the ankle straps don't chafe on my heel at all. My only complaint is that the suede sole doesn't fit my feet well so there is some rubbing/rubbing and blistering at first, but now my feet are getting a little calloused so no more issues. I found the memory foam sole somewhat useless. , but no. it really helps compared to my sandals with non porous soles. That would be recommended. I wish it had more color combinations that were more fun and not so mundane.
