I like that it's easy to use, has many features for recruiting managers such as applicant tracking or onboarding new hires right out of college! It also allows you see where your applicants are in their application process which makes recruitment much easier when we have multiple applications from different schools at once (which happens quite often).
The only thing i don't love about talvist so far was how long they take getting back with me after submitting an issue/question through support ticket system - usually takes more than 24 hours sometimes even up until 48hrs before someone responds again saying its been escalated but no response yet since then!! This isn’t always true however there seems be some issues going around these days causing delays between responses especially during peak times, hope this helps others realize what problems can arise if not addressed properly by customer service team members who.
