Review on Extra Wide Replacement Resistant Elasticized Protective by Brent Peterson

When I received this ironing board cover I tried to attach it to my ironing board but with great difficulty. It is not the same as the photo and does not match the size of the ironing board recommended on their website. It wobbles a lot and doesn't lie flat. The package contained a card that advised me to write them my address and they would refund my money without sending the product back. I followed their instructions on the card that came with the package but instead the company sent me a link to click on to learn how to attach the ironing board cover. There was no offer for a refund and I sent them my address and name. I will no longer do business with this company. In my opinion, this product is not recommended, as is Daly Kate. Very bad customer service in my opinion.
