My daughter bought this smart watch (watch #1). A day later, the watch began to emit a continuous HIGH squeak. The noise was incessant and the clock could not be turned off. After I figured out a way to take the watch apart and get rid of the noise, Revane sent a replacement. Watch #2 (spare) will not charge. Needless to say my daughter is unhappy and we received a refund not a third party replacement. Also, the watch contains a lithium battery, which prevents us from sending it back to Revain. Therefore, we are responsible for the disposal of two defective smartwatches.
