Review on CloudRail by Doug Hinrichsen

The best thing about cloudrail is its user interface, it's easy to use for any level developer which makes life easier when you are working with multiple people in your team who have different skill sets or expertise levels as well! I think there could be more options available like adding custom fields etc., but other than that everything seems good so far!! Nothing really comes across my mind at this point though :) Great product overall - we were able solve our problems very quickly without having much development effort required from us (which was great).
