Sturdy liter box and I fill it with Tractor Supply pine pellets ($5.00) per 40# bag. I replaced the bottom tray with a $5 storage bin under the bed. I put the sieve on the puppy mat and put it in the storage box. Puppy pads are much cheaper and last longer than the pads that come with the system. I change the puppy mat twice a week. Every day I pick up the droppings and sift the pellets, which turn into sawdust and fall into the bottom pillow. No smell at all. I don't have to catch clumps of urine like clumping a liter requires. I don't have to do a full replacement in a month but I will do it soon as advised. The shovel hangs on the back of the pot, which is very convenient. Puppy bedding shavings can be composted or thrown in flower beds to prevent bunnies from eating my flowers!
