In general the fan does what it should do; blow air and keep things cooler. The clip is adequately strong and attaches well to the edge of a table or railing. Unfortunately there is no on-off switch. A button on the back cycles between low, medium, and high speeds, but to just turn it off you need to go through all three, forcing you to unclip it and find the flat button on the back. A fully charged battery lasts only a few hours on low speed. I would rather not recharge it 2-3 times daily.
