The ease of use, how quickly I was able to access reports and insights that were exactly what I needed! It's also great that it is available for both desktop and mobile devices. Not much, but just be sure to understand your needs before choosing this software/service. We are able to gather information from around the world and keep up with trends to make better decisions. This allows us to stay ahead of our competition. I like that it is easy to use for my team. It's simple to understand and provides great insights with easy to read graphs. I dislike that the dashboard can be slow to load sometimes. Also, there are times when it doesn't show up for some reason. Sometimes the graphs don't update right away. We are able to see what our competition is doing and how we stack up against them.
