Had to return luggage and travel gear
I think I got a lemon; had to send it back because the second lock wouldn't open after I changed the combination. I tried it, it worked the first time but not the second time - the lever didn't push like it was stuck. There were no problems with the first one, but now I'm worried about being stuck abroad and my locks won't open. I will look for locks with a key! 3 stars because I sent it back for free and got my refund the same day!
