Polycarbonate is slightly more expensive than acrylic but worth it

Polycarbonate is not as cut sensitive as acrylic, so uneven cuts will not propagate cracks. Simply cut with a hacksaw or jigsaw. Used a nozzle for holes; made nice clean holes with no cracks.
