Updated previous review: The company identified an issue with the tablet I received (see original review below) and contacted them to resolve the issue. I sent a new tablet which was received very quickly and seems to work well, keeps the charge and is a quality product. I highly recommend this company - it's so rare to find a computer that truly stands behind their product. The case is amazing and the quality of the tablet seems good, albeit a bit slow. I also like that it doesn't come with ads like the other big brand that makes kid-friendly tablets. However, the speed at which the battery drains and how slowly it recharges are major downsides for me as it's primarily designed for use on long trips. Unexpected and slow speed at Propepoint - always loading. Also disappointing is the fact that the screen is almost impossible to see unless it's indoors.
