I've had the shaver for a few weeks now and haven't had any problems with it or even had to charge it. It works great; It has all the extensions I could possibly need and using them in combination can result in a pretty close shave if that's what you're looking for. The razor itself is a nice weight and has a metal body that gives it the look that convinced me to buy it in the first place. BUT there are a few issues I had with her. The screen shows when you turn it on, but instead of showing the battery level as you'd expect, it simply shows if it's time to charge. This has always been a bonus feature for me, so it wasn't a big deal as it turned out to be mostly useless. The second small drawback was the travel case. Well done but almost useless. It's much larger than it needs to be and only has two small mesh pockets inside. Almost immediately, I packed my razor into a much smaller bag that made it much easier for me to travel. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would consider buying again in the future if there aren't options with better screen specs.
