Charged for larger size and pair is too small to wear

I ordered and paid for size 12mm and I got something marked 12mm but clearly size 00 or maybe even smaller. This is a scam and a lie at worst! They were so beautiful I was willing to buy a size up, but why pay more for an inaccurate description? Why should I pay more because the seller lies about what you get? It sucks. Again they were so beautiful and authentic that I was really, really upset that I had to go back.
