So here is my review and some tips for users. First, they worked very well! Note that the yellow stains are almost gone from my teeth. I have bonding on one of my teeth so I can't whiten it perfectly. Overall, though, they've broken up the discoloration and my teeth are smooth now too. In general I am very satisfied. NOTES: For new users, use whitening toothpaste for a few weeks before reducing sensitivity. They're as strong as whitening toothpaste, so get some relief from the pain beforehand. Next, don't brush your teeth with toothpaste before using it! Be sure to floss and brush your teeth with a toothbrush WITHOUT toothpaste so the fluoride doesn't disrupt the reaction. When you're done, use a whitening toothpaste. I recommend Crest Diamond Strong. One final note: blow dry your bottom teeth until dry, tilt your head back slightly and attach the bottom strip first. Trust me it's easier. Then do the same for the top. I found that drying my teeth made them tighter and the gel didn't come out. Hope I could help!
