Purchased 3 months ago direct from Lenovo with premium warranty. Within 1 week, the screen started flickering randomly and went dark at times. The only way to use the machine after that is to do a hard reboot and lose your job. After three calls to tech support within three weeks, the issue was not resolved. When I asked to return it I was told the return policy is 30 days. Yes, although I tried to resolve the issue within a week of purchase, they did not return it. I contacted them 5 times to fix the problem or return the car. Each time I'm given different reasons why I can't return it. They promise they know how to fix it but always fail. All software has been updated. Do not purchase this device as it will not work and Lenovo will not honor its warranty. They drag you with them until their return policy expires and then refuse to return or repair. A search of the web revealed that this is a fairly common problem with their machines. I wish I had researched the quality of their product and the quality of their warranty before purchasing.
