Shiny, hard and slippery strap
The strap is very slippery and uncomfortable. I love my other Bagalini bags but none of them have this strap. Also, the bag is quite narrow and doesn't stretch out in a comfortable way. If you put a lot into it, it will move in a strange way. Unfortunately it goes into the farm sale.
