I used to run my fans from my PSU with Molex splitters. So when I upgraded to a more modern PC, I needed a few more fan headers than my phone. Many of these cheap hubs and even some brand names like Arctic that come with the case have many bad reviews about cables that are not properly connected and can cause problems. I went with this one and it works pretty well, if I wanted to do better I think it would have to be in the $30+ price range. The downsides for me are that when I first turn on my computer I think the speed isn't set correctly which makes an awkward grinding noise and not all slots are registering the fan speed for the monitoring software.
