I have used them within a week and my teeth are noticeably whiter. I've used other whitening strips in the past and I like them better because they're easier to apply and last longer after application. If anything, they're a bit difficult to remove. The taste isn't very good but much better than other brands I've used and the bitter taste isn't as strong as other brands I've used. They are gel over plastic and only apply to the teeth in one direction, but it is very obvious if misplaced as they don't stick at all. It takes a few seconds after application to get full tack, but they stick really well and I can talk to them quite well.
