The rug looks great and feels durable. The only issue I had was that it had an awful smell. I bought it to put in my garage (by the door leading from the garage into the house) and the smell was so awful I couldn't stand it inside. So I put it on the patio to air it out and contacted the seller. The seller responded immediately and explained that the mat was made from recycled rubber (hence the smell) and suggested I let it air out a bit more. They offered to return if not satisfied. After about a week on the patio the smell has subsided to the point that I can now put a rug in my garage so I've decided to keep it. Excellent customer service.
