Maybe I'll start at the very beginning, it came in a box, dented or bent on almost all sides and weakly stuck with adhesive tape. Inside this battered box was another box in slightly better condition with a pot and lid. There were a few dents on the bottom edge. I, like other people, have had some issues when the bottom of the pot wasn't flat, so cooking on an electric range is a little tricky. Basically I had to stick a mixing spoon between the handle of the microwave and the bottom of the pot to push it down to make contact with the stove. It also took forever to reach boiling point and only then when the spoon jammed. The metal also feels very cheap and thin, and there are no layers on the bottom to better conduct heat. It also produced a lot of dark residue from cleaning before use. Also, on the other side of the pot is a big annoying paper sticker that rips off when you try to peel it off. I recommend buying another.
