We are able to use PDXpert to manage our customer's data and our own product lifecycle. It also works great across our company for managing our internal workflows, approvals and change requests. The system does a good job of keeping track of what projects are in various stages. If there is something I missed, I'd want to know, not if PDXpert could do better or worse. I use PDXpert to do our annual forecast planning and to manage the internal approvals. The ability to keep track of everything is great and has helped us to improve our decision making process in a major way. I like that it's easy to use - all of our customer success team can train new users in one day, with little if any assistance from us as training partners. It seems they could do more workflows automation (e.g., "save" or email/email templates). We have been using this platform since 2015 when we moved away from MTM to solve issues around visibility into inventory across channels and geographies; also helped mitigate risks associated wtih slow billing processes by providing faster payment notifications.
