I've always wanted to cook like a pro, but my food temperatures fluctuated which made most of my dishes less than appealing. Ever since I bought the tool, my flesh is at its best. My family loves when I cook and we all enjoy it when I can recreate a dish we ate at a trendy restaurant. Would recommend to anyone who loves to cook. The extended probe allows me to check the meat in the oven without opening the oven door. It's magnetic so I can attach it to any metal so it doesn't get in my way, especially when I'm frying food. One of the best purchases I've made all year. The display is sometimes difficult to see from certain angles, but I can see it when I get closer. I even use it with my Nuwave oven which has its own temperature sensor but I damage it so it doesn't always work so I use that instead. I'd like to preset it to temperature and it would set off an alarm once it did, but so far it's great.
