Review on 👕 Waterproof Children's Boys' Clothing and Jackets & Coats by Mountain Warehouse by Will Carey

I bought my 8 year old daughter a size 9-10 and a size 11-12 to see which works best over a jacket but neither fits over a layer. I actually looked at the dimensions and wondered what I was missing. you are so small They would be nice in warm climates when you need to wear a jacket over a t-shirt, but I was really hoping they could be more like a shell over another layer. They are also very short. I am returning both sizes.
