Update: Before I got this back I decided to look online for help. in general (not by Ooma). I was able to successfully restart this device and get it working again. However, it would be nice if this information came from someone who is paid to help Ooma customers. Now that I know how to program them myself and fix them if something goes wrong I'm ready to go and they work pretty well. However, without access to decent customer service, I still wouldn't recommend this to people who aren't tech savvy.
