The new 11 in 1 Duo Crisp is amazing, couldn't be happier!

This machine is the pinnacle of engineering, it's amazing and it does everything you expect it to. Makes my life so much easier, takes a bit of trial and error, and DuckDuckGo/YouTube is looking for clues, but well worth it. old Instant Pots. The Air Fry lid is durable and heats up in 2 minutes on almost any heat setting, it's easy to just take it off to check what you're cooking and then put it back on and it picks up right where it left off Has. Remember to preheat your food before putting it in so you can accurately estimate the cooking time. Pat dry with paper towels, season only with salt/pepper, then drizzle lightly with avocado oil (high flash/smoke point) (do not soak, aim is just to sear the outside, excess oil will just drip). Meat from drying out. 15-16 minutes per pound for 360 degree roasting poultry and a little more for roasting pork or beef, you'll be amazed at the flavor and moisture of the meat. Wash any pans/baskets etc that you use between cooking otherwise any fat, meat or coatings etc that stick or fall off will cook again and smoke your kitchen. Would give 10 stars if that was an option!
