I gave this to my son for the first time when he was 18 months old because I realized he likes trying to undo and buckle his car seat. At first he hardly played with it and it annoyed him. However, he has been playing with him several times a day for the past 3 weeks. He can open all the buckles and close a few of them. Happy with my purchase. The only downside is that I wish the straps were a bit longer for his small hands, but he doesn't seem to have a problem with that. This is great fun on long car journeys.
