The straps to go around the thigh is a little bit too tight. I loosened all the straps to get it to fit comfortably. Though I am a pretty big guy at 6'5" 240lbs. It holds my shirts (which always seem too small and come untucked) pretty well. It took me a week to get comfortable with them and to learn how to put them on without a bunch of effort.
