Like everything in the Apple ecosystem, this device is expensive. However, it definitely looks like it belongs to an Apple product! Also, it's almost impossible to find another branded adapter for Apple's fancy proprietary SSD format. If you need access to your MacBook's SSD, this case is perfect! The only downside: As soon as the SSD is installed, the manufacturer suggests putting the supplied rubber feet over the screws. I wouldn't bother installing and removing the sticky rubber feet as I never know when I'll have to swap out the SSDs in the case. Finally, the speed of this device is amazingly fast!
