Works but needs lots of extras + says 32GB but sent 16GB card

Bought this for my daughter to take to camp. It took some time to figure out everything needed to actually put music on it and play it, so I'm summarizing here to save others time and effort. The main reason for the one star dock is that it comes with a 16GB micro SD card. but in the description in the offer is 32gb. Note that the instructions say it's 16GB. If you want to use it right away, order a separate SAMSUNG EVO Select 64GB (or larger) microSDXC card as 16GB won't get you far. In my photo, the left side is what you get + headphones are not pictured. The right side is all I need to make the thing work. I have a Macbook Pro without USB so the reason is the white USB adapter, if you have a computer with USB it's fine. You do need a microSD card adapter though (it comes with the Evo Select I mentioned above and in the green packaging in the photo). black USB stick that looks like the photo) and on one end it has a USB stick that you can then plug into your computer. We then used music from the Mac music library or iTunes, but unfortunately everything is in m4A format, so it needs to be converted to MP3 before being saved to your SD card drive (this is what you will see on your desktop once connected) . Google converts M4A files to MP3 on Mac for this fun. After all, as I sent this to camp with my daughter and it is tech free except for mp3 music. I had to buy an Amazon Basics wall charger that plugs into a standard USB port. So if you plan to use it with Mac, it works, but it requires quite a lot of extra elements + extra time to convert files from m4A. in mp3 format. I'm not sure how long it will take, but we'll see. in mp3 format. I'm not sure how long it will take, but we'll see. in mp3 format. I'm not sure how long it will take, but we'll see.
