Bought this for my daughter to take to camp. It took some time to figure out everything needed to actually put music on it and play it, so I'm summarizing here to save others time and effort. The main reason for the one star dock is that it comes with a 16GB micro SD card. but in the description in the offer is 32gb. Note that the instructions say it's 16GB. If you want to use it right away, order a separate SAMSUNG EVO Select 64GB (or larger) microSDXC card as 16GB won't get you far. I have a Macbook Pro without USB so the reason is the white USB adapter, if you have a computer with USB it's fine. I had to buy an Amazon Basics wall charger that plugs into a standard USB port.
