Review on ๐ŸŒž Thinksport Naturally Currant Everyday Sunscreen for Effective Sun Protection by Andrea Beavers

Great sun protection, but not for me in

This sun protection is advertised on many sides as the best natural sun protection for sport. I doubt it, because when I tried the Thinksport- und Thinkbaby formulas of this brand, I got a little tan despite the classification with a sun protection factor, but it has many good points and positive aspects. I used to use sunscreens with SPF 30 and 19% Zinc Oxide as my main sunscreen. Drunken Elephant Umbre only requires a pea-sized amount to apply. When I got the Thinksport (non-tinted) I applied the same and it tanned my face within a month. Even a higher SPF 50 wasn't enough? I tan very easily because I have medium skin as I'm from the Pacific Islands. I take retinols and treat melasma and hyperpigmentation spots with lactic acid and hydroquinone. I must prevent further damage. I found that I used too little product, but when I was 1/4 teaspoons, I had the most terrible looking body. White is an understatement. Why am I trying so hard to make it work? The ingredients are fantastic. Aloe for example. Antioxidants and natural ingredients that are good for you. Next on the list are silicones. Fantastic fruit/papaya flavor that I just love. It feels great on my face and gives me a baptismal, non -fatty look and a hydrated feeling when it dries (which lasts eternity, 20 minutes or longer). It's durable as advertised for outdoor sports, but it's not difficult to wash off. I'm deducting a star because it's not really "tinted"; it looks as white as the untinted formula. It will suit someone, but it's too odd for my summer skin tone.

Pros
  • finally bought
Cons
  • embarrassing
