I wrote a previous 1 star review because the cannon printer rejected it as fake. After I fixed the printer's control panel, I was able to ignore the errors and use new cartridges. If the control panel on the MFC743 gun does not work (remote control from a smartphone does not work, to bypass the error), then you cannot use it. As long as the touchpad works, these cartridges are great.
