Review on Therapists Choice® Kinesiology Tape Beige by Raymond Gray

I have used three other brands of kinesiology tape with success. I ordered this reel based on the reviews here. I am more than happy. I had my ankle and knee bandaged for tennis as soon as my pitch arrived. The joint support for tennis is excellent. Ankle tape has held up well to tennis and four showers; the knee bandage is still on and works five days later. This is very similar to Rocktape Kinesiotape for athletes. It's stickier, lighter, and more resilient than Gold Wave Bulk 2" W x 103.3' L Blue - 1 Clinical Roll, which was my previous choice. I found Rocktape's performance, while very good, didn't quite make up for the extra cost Justified.At this price point I definitely prefer this tape.I just ordered a second roll.Before I found this tape, tennis and walking were becoming extremely painful for me.I have used Sporttape and Futuro Wrap Around Ankle - Medium with some success though they restricted circulation and were too thick to be comfortable.I discovered this band just before a vacation that would require hours of walking each day and the knees are great for tennis and walking.It's so thin that it comfortable is like a second skin.It helps to maintain the correct position of the joints during and after the game.When I remove the tape after a few days the joints seem stronger and more comfortable than before r taking pictures. I've had good luck taping shoulders and (in tennis) elbows, but it depends on who's doing it for me. Note: if you can find someone trained in this type of taping that would be best. If, like me, you live in a small town, you might be able to do it yourself if you successfully use regular exercise tape and/or understand a little muscle anatomy. You can find helpful videos on the KT TAPE Pro Athletic Tape website and on YouTube. (I sometimes buy a roll of KT tape just to back them up, but their regular (non-professional) tape wasn't as good as Kinesio Tex Gold. Hopefully their professional tape is competitive in quality.) Definitely recommend, but if If you don't know how to shoot, find someone who does.
