I became a big fan of the ninja coffee makers after purchasing the ninja specialty coffee maker. We just didn't have a use for the specialty option, since it wasn't strong enough. We needed a coffee machine that would make multiple cups of coffee and anything close to cappuccinos and espressos. This coffee maker is exactly what we were looking for and it did not disappoint. We are able to brew a pot of coffee when family and friends come over and serve anyone who prefers cappuccinos or macchiatos at the same time. The flavor/quality of the nespresso capsules taste fairly well but it is still not a true espresso, but it works for what need. This machine does not heat up your milk, it only has a frothing wand so you need to heat the milk up yourself before you use it. It is easy to clean and it does not take more than 5 minutes to brew a full pot and about two minutes to brew a cup of coffee. It does not take up too much space, making it prefect for any kitchen with limited counter space. I would not label this machine as an espresso machine but more of a coffee machine that makes specialty cups. This is a very user friendly machine so you don't have to worry about leaning how to use a new system. This is perfect for a simple great tasting cups of coffee, useful for a family of 4.
